Rental Information

Décor and Furnishings
All properties are privately owned and reflect the taste of the homeowner. Properties are completely furnished and equipped with essential kitchen utensils, cookware, complete sets of linens and towels. Some properties may also have beach towels and beach chairs but these are not a required inventory item so you may wish to bring your own.

Personal Items
Hairdryers and personal toiletry items are not supplied. Small bars of soap and one toilet roll are placed in each bathroom. Any other items such as shampoo etc. may be left for your use by an individual homeowner and it is expected that you replenish the supply on your departure for the convenience of the next guest.

Groceries, Cleaning and Paper Products
None of these items are required inventory. However, an individual owner may leave condiments and tin foods for your convenience. There may also be a supply of cleaning and paper products. It is expected that you replace any items that you use.

Housekeeping and Maintenance

  • No daily Maid Service is provided. The property will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and again on departure. If you would wish to have other housekeeping, at your expense, you can make arrangements through our Property Services Division: Telephone number 239-643-3333 and they will put you in touch with one of our cleaning vendors.

  • All properties are inspected prior to a guest's arrival however we cannot guarantee that everything will be in working order. Should an appliance malfunction or there be any other maintenance needs, you may contact our Property Services Division 239-643-3333 and they will arrange for any repairs, as quickly as possible.
  • Utilities and Telephone
    Long Distance service is not required and a small number of our properties do not have any Long Distance carrier. However most of our properties do have Long Distance service available for guests to access once they have set-up their own account code with the provider. Information of this service is posted in the properties with this option.

    Arrival and Departure Times

    • Check-In time is 3:00pm. Upon making a reservation you will be sent a Key Pick-Up location Map that will also have after hours arrival Instructions. There is an After Hours Lockbox at all key pick-up locations.

    • Check-Out time is 10:00am. Keys should be returned to the office that you picked them up at.

    Cancellation/Travel Insurance
    We offer Optional Travel Insurance coverage to all Guests. Upon making a reservation details will be sent and at that time you can accept or decline the coverage. The Insurance covers ALL Non-Refundable Rental Fees and the premium varies according to the amount of those fees and the length of stay. This coverage is only available to residents of North America and Canada.
